It all started when I was at work, the later part of last year. My eyes used to water and hurt. It's hard to explain, but you know when you're really tired and you look at a bright light like your phone or T.V. - that's how they would feel all the time. I thought it was the lighting at work that was affecting my eyes, not my eyes that were the problem so I thought nothing of it and just got on with it.

Why waste your time living your life in the past? I think it's important to sometimes just let things go and live for now! Do what makes you happy, don't worry about what other people are doing. 

Everyone has their problems and have been through different experiences which makes them into the person they are today. We have to go through bad times to experience the good! 

Sometimes I think life is too short, if you want something in life you have to work hard and you'll achieve it! If someone makes you unhappy then you're better off without them, if you want to change something then change it! At the end of the day you hold the key to your own happiness - so do what makes you happy nobody else!

If you spend your time dwelling on the past, that ex you regret, wishing you'd have reacted differently in a situation, etc then you'll just make yourself unhappy - think positive! Everything happens for a reason.

I just can't help myself when it comes to Boots. 9/10 times I go in and I come out having purchased at least one item. They always have the best offers on, usually 3 for 2 which is really good as you can make quite a big saving on your favourite make up items!

I have recently found a cheaper alternative to the Urban Decay Naked palette(s) for a fraction of the cost!

The Naked palette itself retails for around £38 depending on where you shop. It's a good idea to spend time browsing the Internet for the best deals and also seeing if you can find any promotional codes! The Naked palette may be expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. You get 12 shadows that are buttery and blend really nicely with no fall out. You also get a nice blending brush that comes with it.

The New Banner For My Blog

Hello readers!

As I have properly been getting into blogging again, I decided to give my blog a revamp and change things up a bit.

I really wanted a personalised banner that reflected what my blog was about and also added a personal touch. I don't have the skill or software to create something like this myself, so I sought out the help of my friend Chris Stone!

Chris is super talented and can create anything from cool illustrations, to tattoo designs and other creative pieces. His work is amazing! I am so happy with my new banner for my blog, I cannot thank Chris enough!

As I've grown up in Harlow my whole life, I have experienced many different foods and restaurants surrounding the area. I thought I would write about a few different places and hopefully give you some inspiration on where to and not to eat out if you live in and around the Harlow area.

1) Frankie and Benny's

This restaurant opened fairly recently in The Water Gardens at the Harlow town centre. I was quite reluctant to try it at first, as the menu seemed more like food you could have at home for probably half the cost! I had heard a lot of people say how nice the food was and I recently decided to bite the bullet and give it a try! 

I took my two sisters along with me. The service seemed slow at first, but I have to admit the place was quite busy at the time we went, but once we had ordered our food we wasn't waiting long at all!

I have never understood the whole hype around Krispy Kreme doughnuts, probably because I'm not the biggest doughnut fan! I first tried them a while back from Westfield in London and they were really dry and sickly! Not to mention the £8 price tag for 4 doughnuts - madness!

I was recently at a large Marks and Spencer's department store and fancied something sweet. These beauties caught my eye and I couldn't resist! They were only £2.60 you can't go wrong!

After seeing Vivianna's picture on Twitter and Lily Pebbles' vlog both raving about this foundation I just knew I had to have it! They purchased it from SpaceNK in store (it's not online yet). As I live about an hours journey away from the closest SpaceNK I decided to look online to see if I could find it.


As its a new product it was quite difficult to find as I live in the UK! If you live in America you shouldn't have a problem. I managed to find it at Jarrolds with free delivery! If you don't mind splashing out on £5 delivery then Harvey Nichols also sell this foundation. I made an order with Jarrolds on Tuedsay night and my order came on the Thursday morning. I was quite impressed with the delivery, however the foundation came packaged in a Jiffy bag and the outside box of the product was slightly damaged, which was disappointing and not as nice to recieve. Definitely try and pick one up in a department store if you can or a SpaceNK, that way you can test out your perfect shade and get to pick what you're purchasing!
